It's not too late to submit a workshop presentation. All preconference proposals are due by February 24, 2012.

Preparations are underway to ensure that there will be something for everyone.  It is also the one time of the year when we can honor our award winning employees who truly deserve to be recognized.  Please set aside the time and funding needed to participate in our “round-up”.  We promise you that it will be well worth your while.

All registrations must be done online!

2012 CCAE State Conference Call for Vendors and Exhibitors

Dear Prospective Exhibitor and Vendor:

It is time to "Saddle Up and Get Ready to Ride". Please join the CCAE Posse for a chap-slappin', spur-janglin' good time at the Fresno Radisson Hotel and Convention Center. Our conference is expected to draw over 350 adult educators from throughout the state and many day visitors from our local Central Section.

In keeping with our theme, "The 2012 Great CCAE Round-Up", we will be enhancing the decor of the conference center and specifically the vendors' location, which we will be taking the following steps:

• The largest room on the main floor will be creatively transformed into a corral of exhibitors.
• Creative signage, announcements, and handouts will guide the guest towards the Peddler's Wagon.
• The continental breakfast and all food and beverages, other than sit-down meals will be located in the Peddler's Wagon.
• Several lengthy exhibitor visitation breaks have been scheduled throughout the conference.

The Central Section's conference is unique in that a large number of attendees will be classroom instructors; the people who actually put your products to the test. We are diligently tracking down some of the best presenters available to our "round-up". Our workshops will be designed to meet the various need of our teachers, support personnel, and administrators.

So pack up your best of the best for The Great CCAE Round-Up. Space inside the Peddler's Wagon is limited and out committee is looking at overflow options. So sign up early to stake out your claim and guarantee you a space in the Peddler's Wagon. Table request will be filled on a "first paid, first served" basis. This 2012 State Conference promises to be a "wild ride" and rip roaring" success, so make your plans now. Partner, reserve a spot in the Peddler's Wagon for May 4 and 5, 2012.
