CCAE 2020: Looking Back, Moving Forward–April 23-25, 2020

Hyatt Regency Sacramento and Sheraton Grand Sacramento

Experience Sacramento not only as the capital city of California but also as America’s Farm-to-Fork Capital, built on the rich history of the Gold Rush, immigration, innovation, and political acumen. In 2019, the region is celebrating 150 years since the Transcontinental Railroad was built.

CCAE Northern Section members invite you to:

• Join us for high-quality professional learning!

• Celebrate the excellence of our adult education colleagues!

• Share the success of our learners!

• Socialize on Friday night at the Railroad Museum!

During the 2019 CCAE State Conference and onward, our team will be showcasing different aspects of our theme. You will meet train conductors and engineers, Harvey Girls, Steampunk characters, as well as some robots representing the automation and artificial intelligence of the modern workplace. As the Adult Education field, we provide general education for our adult learners so that they can build on the lessons of the past. We also prepare the adults in our communities for the jobs in our regions, equipping them with technological and professional skills for success.
