The California Council for Adult Education (CCAE) is the annual conference for adult education professionals throughout the state. Sessions are relevant for faculty/teachers, administrators, data specialists, transition specialists, consortium staff, and anyone who works with students in K12 adult education and community college non-credit programs. You won't want to miss out! Whether you're looking for strategies you can use in your classroom tomorrow, thoughtful conversations about policy, highlights of innovative or successful programs, networking opportunities, and access to a wide range of vendor exhibits - this conference will have it all!

Registration Schedule 

Early Bird Registration - until January 31, 2024

• $660 for members including a conference pin
•  $760 for non-members including a conference pin​

Regular Registration - from February 1, 2024 to April 8, 2024

• $750 for members
• $850 for non-members

Late Registration - from April 9, 2024 to May 8, 2024

• $850 for members
• $950 for non-members

On-Site Registration - starting May 9th, 2024

• $950 for members
• $1,050 for non-members

 
PURCHASE ORDER INSTRUCTIONS:

• Please email your purchase order to conference@ccaestate.org
  
• We'll return an invoice and instructions for payment submission.  The payment must be received within 30 days of completion of the conference by MONDAY, June 10, 2024.

 
Instructions for payment by CHECK:

• Please make checks payable to : CCAE
• Include a note for: "2024 CCAE State Conference and Attendee Name"
• Please include registrant name(s) or registration list.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Conference registration canceled on or  BEFORE April 10, 2024, is refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee.
2. Registrations canceled AFTER April 10, 2024, will not receive a refund.
3. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. 
4. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.  Please contact CCAE at conference@ccaestate.org for registration transfer.
