Description: AIR is currently seeking a Technical Assistance Associate to join our Workforce Development Program Area within AIR’s Human Services Division. The available position is part of AIR’s adult learning team within the more extensive AIR Workforce Division portfolio. The position includes project work across several federal and state contracts. The candidate must have excellent team collaboration, communication, and customer service skills and behaviors. This position requires an individual who has the knowledge and skill to support online courses and events and support participants. The candidate must have the ability to engage professionally with many stakeholders, including AIR staff, consultant facilitators, clients, and event participants. The candidate must have the ability to coordinate and execute complex tasks and engage with both internal and external stakeholders to complete tasks. 

Candidates hired for the position might initially start working remotely from California but will eventually have the option to work from one of our offices located in Oakland, CA or Sacramento, CA. or continue to work remotely.
