Release of Member Information Policy

It shall be the policy of CCAE to limit access to member information as follows:

• Member names and contact information may be provided to Executive Board members, Section and Chapter officers and specified contractors (Executive Director, Office Manager and Financial Manager) as needed to perform the functions and carry out the responsibilities of their CCAE positions.
• Executive Board members, Section and Chapter officers, contractors and other CCAE members may not share member names or contact information with any business, vendor or other source outside of CCAE.
