The CCAE South Coast/Southern Sections Conference was a strong and successful gathering, welcoming approximately 200 registrants for a meaningful professional development experience. Despite ongoing federal funding uncertainties, both sections remained committed to hosting the event and supporting the adult education community.

• 37 presentations provided diverse learning opportunities
• 27 awards recognized outstanding contributions
• 18 vendors connected attendees with valuable resources
• Successful 50/50 and basket opportunity drawings supported CCAE effort​

• Opening “State of the Union” panel with Dr. Carolyn Zachary, Dawn Koepke, and Steve Curiel
• Francisco Garza, student speaker, delivered a powerful message during the Classified Awards Brunch
• CCAE Diamond Members were celebrated with special recognition, swag, and an exclusive diamond basket

Overall, the conference embodied CCAE’s mission of Professional Development, Recognition, and Advocacy.
