Karen M. Argumedo always demonstrates a kind and caring spirit with everyone she interacts with, especially the students at Venice Skills Center. Being a Front Office Staff person, for Karen it's not just about getting the student in and out of the office with the information they are requesting in-person or over the phone, she takes her time to explain procedures to students or anyone who inquires about something. Karen walks students through tedious processes that are not always easy to explain or do over the phone, but she finds a way to communicate with the student to where the student will always understand. She's conscientious and considerate of other people's time and state of mind and shows genuine compassion for her team, colleagues and students. Karen greets customers with the utmost tact and respect. One never grows tired of hearing her say “You're very welcomed!” at the end of her phone conversations. Another happy customer! Karen's experience in K-12 education prepared her to deal with all types of people and personalities. She handles situations that are not always the most favorable, but in the most favorable way. Her superior service to the customer will always diffuse any type of tense situation. Karen's dependability and willingness to be wherever she needs to be to get the job done, regardless of branch location, is inspiring. Karen, you are remarkable!
