Patricia Bradshaw

Meet Patricia Bradshaw, a highly knowledgeable and resourceful Medical Assisting Education Instructor with more than sixteen years of experience teaching and instructing vocational subjects at the Adult Vocational school level. Patricia served as California State President of the California Medical Assistants Association in 2007-09, and she is currently the CCAE State Legislation Chair for Northern California.
In addition to teaching at Charles A. Jones Career and Education Center since 2002, she has also worked for Allied Health and a Coordinator of medical Programs, as a Phlebotomy Instructor and CPR First Aid Instructor. Patricia worked to bring CNA, EMT, Certified Massage and collaborated with a team to bring the VN programs to CAJ. In her long career in Medical Occupations, she also managed front and back office of public and private medical clinics in Sacramento, Rancho Cordova and San Mateo. She has worked as a volunteer in various skilled nursing homes in Jackson and Sacramento areas, and she has also volunteered in Pediatric and Internal Medicine Offices. She has worked on WASC and COE Accreditation teams and worked as an advisor to the CAJ Student Council. She has designed curriculum and trained hundreds of students in Medical Assisting over the years. She has a broad knowledge of disciplines of medical relevance, such as clinical pharmacology, clinical procedures and health economics. Vertical Divider
