Bio
Patrick A. Ross has been serving the Education to Career Network of North San Diego County (ETCN) consortium as their Data Management Coordinator for over 5 years. He oversees data reporting efforts for all partner schools in the consortium including Vista Adult School, Poway Adult School, San Marcos Adult School, Ramona Adult School, Palomar College, and Escondido Adult School. Patrick’s support has earned him a reputation as an efficient and effective team player who routinely volunteers to support all the special events of the consortium and individual sites. Patrick works tirelessly to serve the schools. On any given day he may be running up into the mountains to the small ASE program in Ramona to help train their staff on ASAP reporting. On another day he could be working on building a system to data-match student transitions from our five adult schools to Palomar College. He also helps the consortium’s CTE programs by doing the data research needed on industry pathway programs to help make program offering decisions. Patrick sits on the San Diego/Imperial Counties Super Region Consortium that includes all the schools in the region. On this regional consortium, Patrick has been working on a sub-committee with West Ed to develop and code CTE programs across the state into a launch board to include not only college non-credit programs but Adult School CTE programs as well.
