Good Ideas for Improvement, Lots of Details to Work Out

Leaders of CCAE and CAEAA (California Adult Education Administrators Association) have jointly developed a response to the recent report of the Legislative Analyst's Office recommending an overhaul in the funding model for California adult education. CCAE and CAEAA see merit in a number of the interests of the report's recommendations. They see much need for study and dialog to develop the recommendations in ways that will maintain services to adult learners and maintain financial stability of CAEP consortium members.
